The new version of the Rusta och Matcha program, known as Rusta och Matcha 2, was introduced to provide enhanced support for job seekers. This version allows for up to 12 months of participation, depending on the individual’s distance from the labor market and their specific needs. The program emphasizes result-oriented support, offering higher compensation to providers who successfully help participants secure jobs or educational placements quickly
Extended Support and Evaluation
The program now includes more frequent and personalized support sessions. Participants meet with their supervisors every two weeks and have at least one physical meeting every month. This structure ensures continuous and tailored guidance to help participants find employment or educational opportunities more effectively.
Increased Provider Flexibility and Performance
Supervisors have greater flexibility to design individualized support plans within legal frameworks, ensuring participants receive the most effective methods for securing employment or education. Providers are compensated based on their performance, encouraging a focus on achieving quick and successful outcomes for participants.
